Cynthia is wonderful to work with. Cynthia's knowledge of the market is excellent, she is a fantastic communicator, and she is extremely professional. In our 10 + years of working with her, I can attest that nothing falls through the cracks with her. Living out of state, I had complete confidence that everything was addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cynthia!
I have used Cynthia for both sale of a home and purchase of new homes. She is wonderful! Professional, competent, reliable and caring! She goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes perfectly! Highly recommend!!
Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable, professional and amazing to work with. She will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is flawless!
Cynthia made me feel comfortable during the whole process of selling my house. I felt like she went to bat for me on any issues that came up with the sale. She had the resources from her many years of experience to help facilitate a smooth transaction. I am grateful for having been referred to her from a family member who vouched for her from their own experience.
I have worked with Cynthia for several years. She represented me in leasing this property several times and then when I was ready to sell she listed and sold the property in less than 3 weeks. Cynthia always went above and beyond for me in dealing with tenant matters, getting repairs done, and doing accurate market analysis for setting prices on rent and sales price. As an out of town owner who also owns other real estate in other states, I give Cynthia my highest recommendation.
Cynthia has helped me to lease my rental property several times over the last 7+ years. She does a great job promoting my property, and has consistently brought highly qualified renters to me. I highly recommend Cynthia!
Cynthia hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
