Hands down, Cynthia is amazing! Prior to working with Cynthia we interviewed a few Realtors, who were not that knowledgeable and even worked with one who treated us as inferior because we had a lesser budget than most of her clients. Cynthia on the other hand, treated us as if we were one of her high end clients and understood our buying needs from day one. She Provided us with full day appointments, showing us up to 15 homes in a day. This might sound crazy but because we commuted from NJ to the Putnam area to look at homes, it made the most sense for us. She made sure that our time was used effectively and planned the appointments in an order that made sense. Cynthia also used the portal so effectively that it eliminated extra work on our end. When an appointment was cancelled, she was already scheduling another home we saved in the portal so that we didn't have idol time.
