Cynthia went above and beyond in EVERY area of my purchase. I had to back out of a contract due to pipes bursting, and she was right there to see it through. I then went on to purchase a short sale. She was on top of it as my attorney didn't work with short sales; she found me a different attorney that same day. She thoroughly explained the entire process of a short sale and was proactive in reaching out to the sellers agent regarding the transaction. I would not be in the house I am today without her ambition, proactivity, and attention to detail. Cynthia is knowledgeable in every area, and she takes the time to explain it.
