In the last year I have used 6 different agents in 3 different areas, I had a VERY difficult time for one reason or another with ALL, but Cyndi !!! She showed my property, with acreage, as if it were her own, so thorough and detailed. Anything I needed throughout the entire process she was there for me, whether it was boxes , arranging professional services, staging furnishings, bringing me lunch so I did not have to worry about cooking or just moral support. She even made a special "for sale" sign for me because I had very specific color theme on my property. But most important, she always either picked up the phone when I called or got back to me right away !! believe it or not I have had some of these agents not get back to me for over 24 hours plus and there is nothing more frustrating not having you agent call you back promptly! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure you have one on yours too- Please, take my advice and call no other agent. She makes a very stressful process, very easy!
