We first met Cyndi about 2 years ago, we contracted with her to sell a mountain lot for us in 2021. We were blown away by her ability to find serious purchasers. She was able to sell our mountain lot for $5K over what we were asking! When the time came for us to sell one of our homes we chose Cyndi again. We based this on her enthusiastic professionalism and her just being a pleasant and easy going person! Cyndi went above and beyond! Not only did Cyndi come in and help us clean and paint! she had her amazing husband Ken help us install some doors on a last minute request! Once the house went on market, it lasted about three days. At that time we received multiple offers at $40k over what we were asking! AWESOME! Our home sold and Cyndi was the main reason it was a smooth and stress free process. Yes, there were some typical last minute emails and signatures but that is to be expected. All in all Cyndi Mitchell will be our Realtor in any future endeavors.
