Overall my family had a pleasant experience with Cynthia as our realtor. She was excellent at sending us homes and scheduling appointments to go see the houses. She wasted no time in making sure that we could see everything that we wanted to see. I do wish that Cynthia would have done a better job fully explaining the all of steps of the process for beginners.
