Overall my family had a pleasant experience with Cynthia as our realtor. She was excellent at sending us homes and scheduling appointments to go see the houses. She wasted no time in making sure that we could see everything that we wanted to see. I do wish that Cynthia would have done a better job fully explaining the all of steps of the process for beginners.
We had a great experience with Cindy! Not only did she find us the house of our dreams, we probably would not have been the ones to get it if not for her excellent advice. Shen then turned around and sold our old house in just a week. Afterwards she continued to advise and help us through our closings and move. We could not have asked for more from an agent.
Cindy was very helpful in the staging process of selling our home. She hired a fabulous photographer to feature our hone online. Cindy was very knowledgeable about the school district in our area and surrounding areas. She worked quickly and was very flexible with our schedules.
We successfully sold a home with Cindy that required a lot of work on her part. She was always available and with a smile on her face she solved all the issues that came up. We would definitely use Cindy the next time we have a home to sell & highly recommend her.
Choosing Cindy as our agent was truly a positive experience. With this market, she stayed top of all details and most important, she heard what we wanted in a home.
Cindy was always prompt, professional and energetic in assisting us to find that perfect house. Her market knowledge was quite helpful. Would be proud to have as our daughter!
