Words cannot express how highly we regard Cynthia Filippi. She is an exceptionally talented realtor. During the listing of our home, we were several states away from the property. For every showing she went to the home to turn on lights, open blinds/shades, and ensured the property was prepared for excellent showing. After each showing, she went back to the home to turn off lights, close blinds/shades, and ensure the house was securely locked up. Cythia excelled at contacting prospective buyer’s agent and communicating feedback to us. She has outstanding negotiating skills.
