Cindy Enzor is a REALTOR® and In-House Counsel for Living Down South Realty, and
she serves clients in Northeast Georgia including Gainesville, Murrayville, Clermont,
Lake Lanier, Hall County, Dawson County, North Forsyth, and Lumpkin County. Living
Down South is excited to have Cindy on board with her incomparable knowledge and
steadfast passion for selling Residential, Lake, Fairway, and Barn & Land Living real
estate.
Currently a resident of Gainesville, Georgia, Cindy was born in Southwest Virginia and
raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from
Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC, and then earned her Juris Doctorate from the
University of South Carolina School of Law. After practicing law at the beach, she
moved to Gainesville, GA, to continue her legal career as a Real Estate Attorney and
Adjunct Professor at the University of North Georgia, teaching paralegals about Real
Estate Law. Cindy has always enjoyed real estate law, title exams, and all of the
transactional documents that go into a real estate closing, so she decided to jump from
one side of the closing table to the other. In 2015, Cindy began her new career as a
licensed Real Estate Agent. Considering her combination of real estate experience,
leadership skills, competencies, education, AND determination Cindy gives her clients
the knowledge they need to navigate the real estate process with confidence, Cindy is a
winning choice for anyone seeking a professional to lead a real estate engagement.

Cindy and her husband Wally have three kids, and when not selling real estate, Cindy is
very involved in the Hall County School System, volunteering and serving for many
years on the PTO boards. In their free time, Cindy and Wally love watching sports,
paddleboarding on Lake Lanier, chasing down Blizzard, their beloved Catahoula
Leopard dog, hiking with the kids, catching up with family and friends back home at the
beach, and participating in anything the kids enjoy doing.
