Cindy Crockett was instrumental in assisting in the sale of our home. She was proactive in anticipating our questions and concerns, leading us to a rewarding and successful sale! Cindy is a cordial and personal individual, with a mission to insure that her clients feel as comfortable as possible during a very stressful journey! Thank You Cindy for Your Efforts!!
Cindy was our realtor when we bought our house 12 years ago, as well as helping sell the property. Cindy was professional, attentive and responsive to all our queries. She kept us abreast of the changes in the selling process in MD and gave use guidance in preparing our house for going on the market. She respected our perspectives and helped us reach our goals with the extra challenge of our only sporadic presence in Maryland. She is the consummate professional and great person.
Worked all day everyday seams Like all always on call
We were quite happy with our experience using Cindy to sell our property. She was very professional and her knowledge of the area we were selling selling in, could not be matched. Cindy's communication along the way was very professional and timely. We would highly recommend Cindy to anyone buying or selling.
Cynthia made me feel like I was a million dollar client even though the place me and my wife bought was a small two bedroom get away place near the shore . Very helpful with any questions I had and made the process smooth and stress free excellent realtor.
From the moment that I met Cindy Crockett to talk about listing my home, I knew that I had chosen the right realtor. She was professional, very confident, well prepared, thorough, patient, and very helpful in suggesting the things that she felt needed to be done in order to get top dollar. I was recently widowed and Cindy went above and beyond to help me get my home ready to list, even taking a kitchen cabinet door off, carrying it to a glass company to have the glass replaced and then putting the door back on the cabinet herself. She gave me good advice and was very prompt in getting me the help that I needed to get my home ready. Not only did she communicate with me frequently to see if I was okay and to ask if there was anything I needed, she was always very prompt in responding to my calls, e-mails and texts. Because of her expert knowledge of the market, my home was listed at the price Cindy recommended and I had two offers 3 days after listing. Her negotiating skills in working with both realtors bought me top dollar for my home. It was such a pleasure working with Cindy. She really made my home-selling experience stress free.
We used Cindy back in 2012 when we originally bought in Ocean Pines. The experience was so good we went back to her in April of 2022 to sell our OP home. She was always attentive and had our best interest at heart. She gave her expert opinion even if its was something you didn't want to hear. If we move back to the area we will use her and would definitely recommend her to your friends and family. Thanks Cindy !!!!!!!
I have dealt with Cindy on three real estate transactions over an approximately ten year period of time . She is always pleasant and courteous, never in a hurry, explains all aspects of the intended purchase and/ or sale , in detail. Always extremely reliable, caring and follows up even after all is done. In our case we were living in the Caribbean, while our home was being built, but Maryland permits were delayed for five months. Cindy continued to help us navigate these problems with the County and was always extremely prompt in getting back to us . We would highly recommend Cindy; and in fact , I can’t imagine dealing with anyone else . She is quite simply the very best of the best!!!
Cindy was on top of every situation. Her professionalism, knowledge of the current market was spot on. She is a very kind person with a lot of patience.
Cindy is our listing agent and has gone above and beyond in every aspect of trying to sell our house. She also sold us a home in Salisbury, md. However the sale of our home in ocean Pines fell through. Highly recommended.
