CINDY went way beyond what one would expect from an agent. We had moved from our house and Cindy helped arrange for and managed all the subcontractors we used to make requied improvements...actually helpe dus move...co=ordinated the responses to inspector issues...and aggressively listed and showed our property. In less tha one moth she had an acceptable contract and helped negotitate a solid final sales price. All of the paper work that goes into listing and settling on sale had to be done remotely - Cindy was personally involved in every issue, including getting complex trust documments submitted, explained, and returned. The experience with Cindy was over the top! She remained fully engaged and calm throughout the process, made very clear recommendations and referred us to sites that would support what and how much the market was changing. She made recommendations for contractors for required repairs when we requested help and did not push those recommendations on us. Cindy provided assistance, with our permission, to those who needed to access the home as we were out of town sellers.
