We're first time homebuyers and Cindy very patiently explained everything we needed to know in the home buying process. She never took more than maybe 5 minutes to answer a text or an email and she picked up every single time we called. This was very helpful as we have 2 little kids and both work full time so it was pretty hectic trying to find a place. One of the things I liked the most about Cindy during this period is that she had a group text with my wife and I and she never messaged just one of us; she always kept both of us in the loop. This was so great as it saved my wife and I so much time having to get caught up with one another about the progress. One time, when viewing a house, we mentioned to Cindy that we saw a house we both liked but they weren't having an open house until the next day. She responded, "Let's just go over there and look at it!" We went that day, looked, and decided we loved it so much we wanted to make an offer.
