Cynthia was extremely professional as she guided me through this process. At our first meeting she listened to me attentively and by the end of the meeting she understood exactly what I was looking for. My involvement was pretty minimal after that. She kept me informed the entire process. This was the first home I sold and I had no idea were to start. Cynthia put me at ease right away. She seemed to answer my questions almost before I could ask them. I signed with Cynthia on a Sunday, listed on Monday and had offers on Tuesday, one of which I accepted. Well above what I was expecting. Can't get much better than that.
