Cindy was very helpful when we needed advice or had questions. She kept us informed about the showings and how the market was doing. When we called her she always answered or called us right back. We were pleased with Cindys help. Colleen& Chuck Kearney

Cindy is very good at communicating and explaining things, she is very knowledgeable and gets things done. The process of purchasing my home was seamless.

Cindy Brown sold my house in a very challenging market favoring buyers. Over 25 showings in a couple of weeks with multiple offers. She is always only a phone call or email away like her card says. There was a smooth closing in a timely manner. I highly recommend her as she is a real go getter. Gets the sale done quickly.

Ms. Brown was recommended by a co-resident of the community in which I had an interest. In conversation she forewarned me that things in the area RE market were sluggish (more sellers than buyers) but that given time a successful sale would be achieved. In the meantime she convinced me that it might be a good idea to offer the property on the rental market as well. Shortly thereafter she had secured renters who were a perfect fit for the community scenario and who ultimately became the purchasers of the property.....a very pleasant surprise and outcome. And, not only did Ms Brown source the renter/purchasers, she also served as my Property Manager handling an almost immediate condo equipment replacement issue in a very efficient fashion. Being of long standing in the area RE community Ms Brown was able to help me through the actual sales/closing process by utilizing an excellent title company, the employees of which impressed me greatly with their organization, reachability, knowledge and attention to detail. In this market, at this time, it truly is "who you know (and rely upon) that makes all the difference. JMQ

Our agent become terminally ill and was unable to able to take us to the end of the selling process. Cynthia stepped in and took us all the way to the sale and beyond. Cynthia we thank you and we’re blessed getting to know you.

I tend to be skeptical when it comes to real estate agents, but Cindy was AMAZING! Working with Cindy to sell my home in Cape Coral was an exceptional experience. Her expertise, professionalism, and dedication ensured a quick sale at a great price. Cindy's attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiating skills made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Cindy to anyone seeking a top-notch real estate agent in the area. Thank you, Cindy, for exceeding my expectations and making the selling process a breeze!

Cindy knows it all. The area, every type of loan, every type of problem, negotiations, how to find a house and how to sell one. She sold mine and was able to help a friend buy a house. Great multi tasker and great to work with. She’s the best…the Queen of Cape Coral.

Cynthia has all the knowledge and connections to help make a real estate transaction as easy as possible.

Cynthia and the entire team from assistants, loan officers, title broker, inspection and repair group addresses any all questions or issues that arise in the process. Communication between the team and the buyer/seller is excellent and timely. Great use of emails, text messages and phone calls ensures everyone is on the right page. Cynthia's knowledge of the real estate business in SW Florida is top notch and spans many years. She is a great negotiator and treats her clients with respect and appreciation. She makes herself available at all hours of the day and her response time is speedy and direct. By the way I am from Wisconsin and Cynthia assisted with securing moving services and providing a rental home for me until I found my condo. I am extremely happy with the great service from Cynthia and her team helping me find my Florida Dream Home.

We happened to be toying with the idea of either selling our home or completing an addition. We checked online to see what was available and and we saw a house that said click to set up a tour. Cindy called us and right away we were hooked. She is not only knowledgeable but she is reliable and available. She worked very hard to ensure our needs were well met, she responded to my requests to see multiple properties and she guided us in making the right decisions. We are still not done yet, we have one more property to sell and Cindy is in charge!
