Good Day !! I am a Michigan girl with that good ole mid-western work ethic that moved to the Sunshine State of Florida many years ago... I can not imagine moving back to that cold climate but I do miss my family :-)! I have had many careers as a young girl with my profession ending as a VP for a woman's medical diagnostic company for 17 years and when the company closed in 2005 I decided to try my hand in Real Estate! What a great idea and I love it! I have been selling real estate in SW Florida since 2006. I have worked very hard to build my business and have been awarded as one of the Top Sales Agent (top 1%) in Cape Coral and SW Florida within my company for the past several years. I have developed a full service business to help you with any of your real estate needs from selling your home, to buying a home, renting, house sitting or property management. In 2022 I opened my own brokerage firm "Gulf Coast Living Real Estate, Inc with my 2 favorite partners Lisa and Chris. Awesome Agent who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction

Cynthia and the entire team from assistants, loan officers, title broker, inspection and repair group addresses any all questions or issues that arise in the process. Communication between the team and the buyer/seller is excellent and timely. Great use of emails, text messages and phone calls ensures everyone is on the right page. Cynthia's knowledge of the real estate business in SW Florida is top notch and spans many years. She is a great negotiator and treats her clients with respect and appreciation.
