Her descriptions of what was happening next was superior and when we came down for the closing she was on hand to meet and explain things to my wife which made her very comfortable. Where to begin. Mrs. Cindy is perfect at her job. My wife and I was trying to purchase a home here in Florida while I was in Virginia and my wife was in Japan. Cindy went above and beyond to accommodate us while juggling two different time zones and different criteria's. We switched desires many times and flawlessly she was able to find exactly what we wanted. She even FaceTime walk-throughs for us as well as sent videos because we weren’t able to see the homes in person. I never expected the quality of service we received but she went far above and beyond for us. It was a very stressful time because I was selling my home in Virginia at the same time.
