This purchase had to be closed quickly and she lined up an "A" team for inspections, financing and insurance which she knew could make it all happen in the timeline we had. She handled the closing miscue which was on the Title company as she had verified the address previously however when we got there it was at another office. She quickly called the closing agent to verify the new location and drove us to the closing on the other side of town, we were certainly glad she was with us as not knowing the area could have caused a delay.
