Cyndi Weast

Cyndi helped us with our relocation from Salt Lake City to Dallas. She was very responsive and accessible by phone, text, and email for a few weeks leading up to our house-hunting visits. She got to know us over the phone and suggested several properties that we could look at. We made two separate trips to Dallas for house-hunting - Cyndi blocked her schedule to meet with us and show us around for multiple days. During our initial house-hunting visit, Cyndi was very observant to our reactions and observations about the properties we visited and was able to take that information into account when looking for future properties to show us. By our second house-hunting trip, we had narrowed down our list of potential properties and were able to quickly (within a day) identify two properties that we liked the best. Cyndi helped us decide which one to put an offer on based on the observations she had made along the way. Cyndi was also very helpful in navigating the actual purchase of the house from purchase offer to contract to counter offer, etc. She also coordinated inspections and other miscellaneous matters until we closed. We enjoyed working with Cyndi and felt like gained a new friend - in addition to a realtor.
