We worked together to move out the renters and get the house ready to show. It was a major accomplishment done in a short time with help from her list of handymen and contacts. The house never even reached the MLS, it was in escrow in 8 days with a great buyer and fairly smooth transition. Most important to me was how she and the office handled the sale they qualified the buyer ( as I was carrying a note) and made sure all the documents were drawn properly to protect me. She had my back so to say. She exceeded my expectations. Now I can enjoy the fruits of our labor.” Bruce
