Don was a great help in buying my first property. As a first time home buyer and a relatively new inhabitant of Dayton, Don helped me guide my search to the areas and types of properties that interested me. With Dons help, inspections and repairs went smoothly and I got the house I wanted in good shape and for a good price. He was willing to tour on weekends, sometimes multiple houses a day, and on short notice. I would recommend.
