This is long overdue but Cyndi and Austin are the absolute best! I was so lucky Zillow gave me Cyndi as my realtor when I was buying my first home; they are professional, responsive and somehow magically would often get me into seeing the homes often the very day I asked to see them. The best part about Austin and Cyndi was that they were friendly and warm to my family and me and genuinely cared that I got the best first home that suited my needs; while never once making me feel pressured even after seeing quite a few homes. The house I got had eight offers and I don't think I would've been able to secure it if it hadn't been for their hard work, tenacity and their professional relationships with other colleagues in the real estate business. I am now happily settled in my home and I do appreciate that I even get holiday cards from Cyndi; she even came by on Valentines with some goodies which was the absolute sweetest surprise.
