After discussion with the agents we decided on a listing price that we both agreed on. The house sold within a few days for the asking price. We had some items after the inspection that needed to be dealt with (fixed) and the agents provided quality vendors that took care of repairs and was done in a timely manner taking out a lot of the stress of the situation. Our agents worked very well and communicated very well with the buyers agent which made the whole process seamless. The agents also staged our home and made a few recommendations for interior paint and then provided us with painters that quickly took care of the job and made the home more presentable and marketable resulting is us getting full asking price. Overall, our agents made what can be one of the most stressful scenarios in life into something that was quite manageable. From pre-listing through the close of escrow our agents did a great job!
