Cy Cawthron

Cy and his team did an awesome job for us. We went through Cy to buy a house in Lubbock and he was just awesome with advice and negotiation points. Made the process easy and was with us at every step to answer questions and give great advice. After the sale, Cy stayed just as responsive with great advice on a home improvement company, pest control, a person for yard work, and a great plumbing company. We decided to sell the house after a few years and went right back to Cy and his team. Again they did a great job. Cy knows the Lubbock market and gave great advice on what to do and not do in preparing to put the house on the market. Cy also gave great advice on pricing. Once we had an offer Cy gave great input on things to consider with a counter offer. We sold the house and Cy was right there all the way through closing with great advice and insight on the market. Cy is an absolute professional and I would 100% trust him and his team we with all real-estate transactions
