What a pleasure it was the day I received a call from Curtis Grimes! I had an offer on my house that had fallen through and was so disappointed as I was dealing with the anxiety of not selling my house in time to fulfill the contract I had pending on the condo that I was purchasing. Then hours later came the call from Mr. Grimes, a very nice man and interested in seeing my home. Unfortunately, I was an absolutely wreck from the previous offer and had given up, yet for some reason, he still wanted to see it. Well, the best way to describe the situation was that this was the luckiest day of my life! I listed the property with him and had an offer the next day. Everything went so smoothly that we closed yesterday, nearly ten days before my deadline on the condo. Nice person, but NEVER listen to his seller. Another realtor brought a septic truck on the property to locate septic , there was damage done to the sprinkler lines, Curtis said not to worry about it because it was the new owners problem that they would fix it. That deal fell threw. WE found a buyer for our home, Curtis handled that also. There were 3 appraisals done on our property, 2 had missing/added information. I SHOULD HAVE JUST LET THAT CONTRACT EXPIRE. YOUR WELCOME FOR THE BUYER I would be cautious if you are considering selling your home with Curtis Grimes
