I am not even sure where to begin. The Grimes group offered us amazing services through our home buying journey. We were sent to them as a referral from a trusted realtor who’s worked for the family for many years. We were really hesitant because this was our first out of state purchase and we had no clue what to expect. Curtis and the Grimes group has a full process from beginning to end. They addressed EVERYTHING. We had a dedicated person who made sure we were aware of all the milestones we hit/needed to hit for closing day, we had checklists for all the items we needed to get for our new home to make the move easier, not to mention we had the pleasure of working with a family opened business which we loved. Im a real estate investor in the Michigan market and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life as it relates to a purchase. Not once did it seem like the were about the money of it all. Curtis negotiated our deal which resulted in us paying 15000 less than the price of the home. Once we moved in Curtis and his wife came buy and helped us put together our new furniture. I have photographic evidence of this because I just couldn’t believe how helpful they were. Post closing we received holiday texts and check in to make sure we’re acclimated properly to the new house and area. This process was so special. Mr. Curtis Grimes kept me inform from A -Z through the whole process of my home being built , and he also there was there with me at the design Center to help me with my selections for my new home .
