Curt Reichstetter with Two Dog Realty helped our family sell an inherited home in Mechanicsville, VA

Curt Reichstetter with Two Dog Realty helped our family sell an inherited home in Mechanicsville, VA, and we are very thankful for everything he did. From the very beginning, Curt got the process started and helped us understand what needed to happen. This was a hard situation because the home came from my father’s estate, there was family living out of state involved in the ownership, and I needed the money from the sale to move forward with my life. Curt stayed patient, honest, and easy to talk to through the whole process. He knows the Mechanicsville and Richmond VA real estate market really well and always gave us straightforward advice. Anytime a problem came up, he worked quickly to help keep the sale moving. Selling a family home is emotional, but Curt made things much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Curt Reichstetter and Two Dog Realty to anyone looking for a Realtor in Mechanicsville VA, Hanover County, or the Richmond area, especially if they are dealing with an inherited home or estate sale.
