We thought buying a house was daunting, but selling turned out to be a whole other ball game... and of course, we chose to tackle both at the same time! We also found out along the way that we would have to use a bridge loan (HELOC) in order to move forward with our purchase which was going to be very complex. We met Curt and Heather through my mom, who worked with them to buy and later sell her house. They were incredibly supportive, especially during a really difficult time when she was grieving and selling the house she shared with my stepdad.
