I recently used Two Dog Realty as my buyer’s agent during the search for and purchase of my new home during the spring and summer of 2024. Curt and Heather are extremely experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I found these qualities to be extremely helpful during my lengthy search in an inflated and very competitive market in a highly desirable area. I would receive a customized list of any new listings that fit my criteria every morning and Curt was able to schedule convenient showings quickly around my busy schedule. Curt was very patient with me throughout over 40 showings and provided useful insights on the houses we were viewing while never pushing for me to make an offer or not. When it came time to place offers Curt an Heather were extremely efficient in getting the docs completed and sent to sellers in a couple hours. Once an offer is accepted they have a network of professionals they have worked with over the years such as home inspectors, mortgage lenders, lawyers etc… All of their recommendations also seemed very knowledgeable and competent even when I did not always end up using their services. Curt and Heather stayed involved in the process by helping to facilitate the communication between all the moving parts involved in the sale and even attended the closing. TLDR- Curt and Heather at Two Dog Realty are extremely knowledgeable, professional, competent and effective. They are easy to get along with and very responsive and helpful.
