We thought buying a house was daunting, but selling turned out to be a whole other ball game... and of course, we chose to tackle both at the same time! We also found out along the way that we would have to use a bridge loan (HELOC) in order to move forward with our purchase which was going to be very complex. Luckily, we had Curt and Heather to guide us in the right direction! We have been happy to call them our realtors for the past 8 years and we would truly have been lost without them in this process.
