Cullen Kurzmann

Back in 2022 my wife and I contacted Cullen at random to see a house. The house was not to our liking, but Cullen left a big impression on us. He was thoughtful, charismatic, and easy to talk to. We kept his card and late 2022 found a house that we really liked. We went ahead with Cullen to buy that house but it was not written for us. Then after we saw a few more houses with Cullen. In January 2023 we saw a house that had dropped on the market in that day. The house was highly sought after. Cullen went to maximum effort to make sure that the sellers accepted our offer. His knowledge of putting a good offer and contacting the agents is what made the deal go through. We are thankful to Cullen and the Century 21 staff for their hard work, passion, performance, and dedication. He’s been an incredible agent for us, and we highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell to have Cullen by his/her side.

Cullen was a fantastic Agent for us. My wife and I were looking at buying our first home, and Cullen represented us as well as we could have hoped for! His negotiation skills were able to provide many benefits for us in our offer on the home. He knows the areas he works in very well, his knowledge of homes is extensive as he answered many of our questions handily. He took the time to get to know the needs of our family and what we wanted in a house, and made it possible for us to find and buy our dream home. It was an excellent experience to partner with Cullen and his assistant, Samantha. After reviewing other comparables in the Wolverine Lake area, Cullen sat down with me and went through all of the details behind the numbers. It was a very extensive report and easy to understand what the best listing price for that home in the area should be. Once potential buyers started viewing the home, I would receive up to date appointment times and cancellations. There was never anyone entering the home without my knowledge. The number of people who viewed the home was a very large amount, and Cullen would reassure that the high volume of foot traffic is exactly what we want even though we didn't have an immediate offer. We had a home to sell that needed substantial repairs, so it would require the "right" buyer. We accepted an offer that was 6K below the asking price, but with proper guidance it was best for that home at that particular time, and we truly had the right buyers. Cullen did his best to make it a seamless process from start to finish. I extend a big thanks to him and his team.

Cullen is a great realtor to work with. He was great at steering us through the home buying process. Cullen got our house sold and helped us negotiate a price that we were hoping to get. Also assisted with getting things done around the house yo ensure the sale like getting a septic inspector out to the house when I was unable to due to my schedule.
