Crystal Trammell

From the day we were introduced to Crystal she was committed in getting us into a home. She made herself available to answer all our questions regardless of the three our differences. She provided new listings and keen insight into each community we were considering. She did not try to lead or rush us into a home we didn’t want. She allowed us to choose. She remain patient and professional during this process. Crystal knowledge, honesty and determination was what we needed to obtain keys to our new home. If so can give her 10 stars I would!!! Crystal was great! She absolutely knows her business. She listened & remembered when I explained her what I was looking for. She never was irritated when I changed what I wanted or forgot to sign paperwork. She found so many houses that fit my budget. What I appreciate most about Crystal is that when we got to each house she knew everything about it. She knew about the neighborhood she knew about the schools in the area, she recognized the quality in a home & pointed out things that I would have missed on my own. When we did decide on our home she was a BOSS when dealing with the other agents and made sure I got the home I wanted and needed with in my budget.

No matter what our question was, she would have an answer, even if she had to research it, or if she knew off the top of her head she would get/have the answer we needed. She was always on time when we met for showings. Very friendly.

On the phone, via text, and in-person, Crystal answered all of my MANY questions without ever making me rushed and never made me feel like my questions were dumb. Crystal was super enthusiastic and made me feel like my home purchase was her most important duty. Because of Crystal, what could have been a scary and stressful experience (1st time home-buyer) turned out to be fun and super-exciting. It was clear that Crystal had my back and was looking out for my best interests. I MOST DEFINITELY recommend Crystal Trammell- you won’t be disappointed!
