Crystal was so great ! I first started out for sale by owner that lasted a week! Had two realtors stop by and wanted to know why sale by owner I gave both the reason why I wanted to sale on my on and Crystal was the one I chose ! Crystal came prepared she had comps for area and true numbers for house sale and explained what all all the commissions covers and she came over several times in person not just phone calls but there were many phone calls as well! If you want a helpful caring realtor give Crystal a call she will follow you through til the end!

Crystal did a great job for us. She was always available to our calls. She was also proactive in getting touch with us when we needed to be alerted of some new details. It was the first home purchase either of us had made in at least 30 years, so we needed a fair amount of "hand-holding" along the way. As we got closer to the closing date, there were issues that developed that were beyond our understanding or control. Crystal patiently walked us through every issue and communicated with the lawyer (title), the seller's agent, the lender, the insurance company and the mortgage broker.
