About Crystal

I'm a lifelong resident of Staunton, VA and adore it's historic charm. I classify myself as a service driven agent as opposed to sales driven. While working with you, I will share the good, the bad, and the ugly to help you to be confident in your real estate decisions. I have worked in the industry for many years as an agent and in property management. For sellers, I have the skills to market and sell your home with the terms you desire. For Buyers, I have the knowledge and compassion to walk you through each step of the way to your new home. For investors, I have a great understanding of ROI for both flips and holds for short and long term investment. I also am broker/owner of a separate property management company. I have served on the local REALTOR® board and committees which helps me to maintain positive relationships with agents, which helps you to have a smooth transaction. To better serve you, I have invested in additional real estate education. I have worked to obtain my broker's license and am an associate broker in my office. I have also obtained the following designations, Accredited Buyers Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, e-Pro. Additionally, .I have worked hard to become a recipient of many industry awards both local and national. Like you, the most important thing to me is my family, my pets, and my community. For these reasons, I support the following The Wounded Warrior Project (my brother is a Marine), Valley Mission (our local shelter), American Foundation for Suicide Awareness ( I have suffered a loss to suicide and believe if we all talk about our experiences we can make a difference,) ASPCA, and UVA Children's Hospital.
