She is very patient and highly integrated person with what she does.

Ana helped our family buy a house within the Waynesboro area, (though we did venture around in staunton, so it's not a set location). She is very patient and highly integrated person with what she does. Ana doesn't shy from answering questions and does all she can to figure out ones she may not know. Along with giving her honest opinion on things you may want them on, conditions, pricing, the area, etc. She'll point out issues she sees and things to consider with whichever house your viewing, with your interests and wants/needs in mind.

My wife and I recently purchased a single family home in Ruckersville VA

My wife and I recently purchased a single family home in Ruckersville VA. We was fortunate to have met with Ana and contracted with her to find and assist with the purchase. Ana was very knowledgeable of the area that we was looking to relocate. She had a great set of on-line tools that made it easy to narrow down the potential homes and the area. Ana arranged for all the walk through of potential properties and was prepared to answer all our questions. Once we had decided on a property, Ana guided us through the contracting process. Once we had negotiated a contract Ana arranged for settlement and guided us through the setting up of utilities She was very knowledgeable and patient. Overall, the process of purchasing our new home was much easier than I has anticipated primarily due to Ana’s experience and diligence in guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend using Ana as your real estate agent if you are looking to purchase in or around the Charlottesville VA area

Would do it all over again with her!!

Ana was a rockstar from the beginning of my house search. When I found my house she worked with the builder and my lender to make the process very easy. And on the day I got the keys she took the time to meet me for the final paperwork with her precious baby along for the ride. I would normally think that once I was in the house we would never speak to each other but she's checked in to see how a couple of times to see how I am doing and has provided numerous contacts so that I can get things done in my new town. I would do it all over again with her!!
