Crystal is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless. She guided us through each step, making sure we understood everything. She provided exceptional service, and was incredibly responsive to all our questions. Our transaction was tricky as it involved three sellers and three purchasers. Everything went very smooth and we closed within 45 days!! Crystal turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience.

I called on a sign. Because I was looking for a working agent. And Crystal answered right away, gave me information on what I asked for, was open to my different directions. I always felt like I was being treated with (honestly) , I plan on using crystal again and will refer her to others. Thank you

Crystal was excellent. Her knowledge and expertise had our home sold in 7 days.

From the beginning Ctystal Offutt used her professional expertise to exlain and guide me through the home buying process. Because she listened to me, the market information she sent me was always appropriate for my situation. She kept in touch, checking for changes or adjustments in my search criteria and feedback on information she'd provided. My travel time was always respected when arranging appointments for home visits. When problems arose during the final steps of my purchase, Crystal went the extra mile to fill in the gaps and keep the process moving smoothly. Overall I can say that Crystal Offutt made me feel that my finding the right home was her #1 concern. I would definitely recommend her to a friend wanting to buy or sell a home.

Crystal is fast, hard working, on your side. If you need information she’ll get it. If you need to be reassured, her confidence will calm you. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Couldn't of asked for anyone better!! I recommend Dezert Properties Real Estate to anyone and anywhere who is selling there home.

We never sold a house before and to make things more complicated the house is in AZ and we are located in WI. Crystal did a great job in making us feel comfortable about the sale and had even gone above and beyond her job responsibilities to help me out. We can see why Crystals business is number 1 in Mojave County. The ranking is well earned. Thanks again for all your help.

Crystal was flexible and willing to work with our terms. She met us at the home and made it easy to sign documents as well. She fought for us during the appraisal process and tried to get the funds we needed. She is highly recommended!

Crystal & her team made a potentially complicated sale, easy and quick!
