Selling or buying isn't always fun but working with Crystal was exciting upon closing. Markets go up/down and sideways sometimes. We had some interesting developments during the sale that wasn't expected so I told Crystal let's have some fun. I did a quick price drop and shook up everything in my neighborhood and bam!!! Sold with price over and back up offers. Moral of the story is do we want to sell and make money,need to move or get out of a place your stuck in because of crazy HOA terms? I was happy with the whole process with Crystal. Always kept me informed and kept up with new price points that will tell you it's time to make a responsible get out of town deal.
