Crystal was extremely personable and friendly, and her knowledge of household issues was very useful. She was able to help point out possible issues with homes we looked at, along with pointing out things that seemed to be in really good condition. Crystal was ontop of it when it came to showing us houses and getting our offer into sellers promptly and ensuring we got what we wanted out of it. There is NO other agent I would have rather had than Crystal. We wanted someone that can reflects our wants and interests and not somebody that just wants a paycheck, and she was all we could have asked for. We worked with Crystal for nearly 9 months during this difficult market. She had great references in terms of contractors, finance brokers, inspectors etc. all of which I can confidently say were genuine people who do not cut corners. I cannot give a rating high enough in this system to show how awesome of a realtor she is. She knows her stuff and that benefits anyone that works with her!
