Crystal was the right realtor for us. She answered so many of our questions, patiently and knowledgeably. She took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly. The minute she walked in, I knew we would hit it off. She had my carpets professionally cleaned at her own expense. She decluttered my stuff because I am partially disabled. We had more than one offer. What more could I want?
I hired her and she told me what I needed to do and even hooked me up with an antique dealer and helped sell many of the items in my hoise I couldn’t have gotten rid of otherwise due to COVID , and my limited knowledge of the Internet. She helped me box and pack. It was a huge property and house I had and she helped me down size so I could stay relatively local and she helped me win a multiple offer on that other house without breaking the bank.
We had a tough go around with some other people involved but she done the best under the circumstances she was handed with time frames and cold weather.. I have used her twice now. She’s a country girl so you’re in good hands.
