Last year Crystal took care of our daughter, in her purchase of a home in Versailles. SO we began OUR search with high expectations. However, in our personal quest of locating /purchasing a second home in Versailles, Crystal surpassed all expectations! We live in L.A., and I have busy medical practice- aspiring to eventually retire nearer to family in the East. After first looking in person with Crystal at a variety of homes in the area ( ie facilitating her to get to know our style preference) , she then helped us find, negotiate and purchase our dream retreat- a lovely ranch style home with 5 acres, just outside of Versailles. The whole experience went smoothy, including all the details, without us ever seeing the property in person (we feel the property was a special and rare find, notably endorsed by both our grown daughters living in the area;I just couldn't get away presently having heavy patient responsibilities) ! We feel wouldn't have been able to get this property without Crystal's expertise! Crystal took us on virtual/video tours, pointing out important details, in line with our preference. She was available day and night ( ie 3 hrs diff from here in LA), arranged for all the home/ranch inspections ( !) , appropriately negotiated with the sellers and then followed through in making sure all the appropriate repairs were done properly, only by reputable and experienced vendors. Additionally, she kept us informed every step along the way, never assuming what are we might prefer. Crystal seemed fully informed as to residential restrictions, allowances and building codes. What perchance she couldn't answer she quickly researched and answered. In summary, there is no doubt that Crystal is an experienced and truly exceptional realtor, very well versed in the nuances of real estate ,ie fair pricing, purchasing tactics and knowing the value of the land. Additionally, she is also an especially personable, perceptive and accommodating professional.
Crystal always responded whenever I contacted her and usually had an answer right then and if she didn’t she would get it right away.she handled the whole process on selling and the purchase of my new home.
