My husband and I started looking at houses to purchase in February of this year and crystal helped us through and explained the process of buying a home. Unfortunately we were not able to get approved at that time and It took us 8 months to be approved. Through out that time Crystal still kept contact with us and asked for updates and how things were moving along. That meant so much to us because she didn't just put us on the back burner. We are so happy with our decision for using Crystals services. Not only does she have a great personality but she was very professional and quick to find us the latest houses. She was also very accommodating, and as soon as we found a house to look at, we went the same day to look at it.
