My husband and I started looking at houses to purchase in February of this year and crystal helped us through and explained the process of buying a home. Unfortunately we were not able to get approved at that time and It took us 8 months to be approved. She also went out of her way to get updates from the loan company, listing agents, and title company to be sure everything was going smoothly. For that we are very thankful.
