Crystal has lived, worked, and played in Delaware for the last 45 years. She has raised five children and is actively involved in her eight grandchildren’s lives. Crystal enjoys spending time with family, loves to cook and likes to work outdoors. Sharing quality time with her husband, Louis, of 20 years and traveling together is another joy in her life. She continues to strive to become a better person today than she was yesterday. Crystal would like to leave a legacy for future generations that instill in them that with hard work, dedication and Gods guidance, all things are possible. She believes God comes first, family second and clients are treated as family from the start. Community involvement is also near and dear to her heart and Crystal feels it everyone’s responsibility to ‘be a good neighbor’ which includes a duty to ‘give back’. Ranch Sold at Record Time

Mrs. Calderon was no doubt on top of her game with the sale of my former home. With the current financial woes of many to include interest rates, the ranch style, two bdrm home was sold at asking price in record time. Life is for living, true trust in a realtor is priceless. I was allowed to get the best price for return on investment purposes. Would i use Mrs. Calderon's abilities as a realtor again? Hell! Yeah! She's definitely direct and to the point for buyers and yes, sellers alike.

Another great experience with Crystal

She helped me buy my property 7 years ago and just recently helped me sell it. She is very knowledgeable about the area, came prepared for every meeting, set reasonable expectations, and gave several options. She went out of her way to make the paperwork process easy and kept in frequent contact. Highly recommended.

I LOVED Crystal

I LOVED Crystal. She was like my home-buying fairy godmother. I went into my homebuying journey truly not expecting anything to come out of it due to the market. Crystal even was able to set my expectations very appropriately. She told me straight from the start that she did want me to do anything that could possibly harm me and that the market is presently very tough for home buyers. While she would always go with what I ultimately wanted, she said she would not hesitate to tell me if she thought it was not a good idea to put in certain offers. I truly trusted her recommendations and she always gave me thorough and educated answers to her reasoning and in response to my questions. With her help and guidance, I ended up closing on the first house I bid on as a first-time home buyer and I could not be happier! Go with Crystal if you want someone who takes pride in their work and cares about educating her clients!

The best realtor I ever had. She did everything she could to make the hole thing easy. Sold my land in 2 days house in 3. Couldn't ask for more from one person. Even put up with me. Thanks a million Crystal!!!
