We have used Cristy 3 different times over the last 11 years. The first time was to buy a home and she did a great job with hearing what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. The other two times we used her to sell our homes and again she outdid herself. She was always available by phone or text to answer any questions and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Cristy is knowledgeable, patient, a great communicator, and has fantastic negotiation skills. Cristy listed my house on a Friday, by Monday we had 3 offers and one of those ended up buying my house. Cristy made it easy which was great because I had so many other things to do with packing and moving. If I ever move back to North Carolina, Cristy will be who I call.
