The area we were looking in was a super hot market so we had to get in and offers out sometimes within a day. Cristina is a master negotiator and helped us get our house under asking and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way. Despite the dreadful listing agent, who was on vacation out of the country and had another person "handling" the deal, which made it very difficult to get answers and negotiate, Cristina took the lead and got this deal closed on time. We could not be more grateful for her.
