My house needed paint, flooring, and approx 3-5K in repairs. The first agent with a well known national RE brokerage suggested we do repairs and sell as-is. He spent 1 month looking for a handyman which he said he had a few. No results. I was referred to Cristiina. She immediately said to put in new carpet and do a interior paint job including the kitchen cabinets inside and out. No repairs...she said let them ask for it...We spent less on new carpet and paint than we would have on repairs. I did not know Cristina before my house was listed on the market. I live in another state. I was in East Highlands having my house remodeled. I saw her 'for sale' sign on a house she recently sold.
