I did not know Cristina before my house was listed on the market. I live in another state. I was in East Highlands having my house remodeled. I saw her 'for sale' sign on a house she recently sold. I called her and met her at my house that same morning. I was impressed with her immediate response when she came to my house providing me a binder that included the local market factors.
