Cristina is a great agent, whether you’re buying or selling your home. She helped me purchase my first home a few years ago and continues to be a resource I rely on for current market trends. She knows the area well and is very responsive. Highly recommend!
Cristina is a wonderful agent. We had a great start in selling our house and got multiple offers after one open house. Her recommendation of putting up "Coming Soon" sign worked out beautifully to attract potential buyers. We did run into some setbacks, mainly from request repairs in the middle of the process. It was a trying and frustrating time. Of course Cristina is a seasoned agent and she's well-prepared to tackle any challenges. She provided timely guidance and shared her resource to help us get whatever was needed to close the deal in an amazingly speedy manner. It took just 25 days from start to finish - House For Sale to new buyers moving into the house. Unbelievably fast!! I'm very appreciative of everything she did and very happy about the result. Thank you Cristina!!
From the time I called her she was prompt calling me back and coming to my home. Her and her crew did a great job with photos and advertising. If I had any questions, she was quick in calling me back and answering them. She had an open house right after we put the house up for sell and was in escrow a week later. And closed 29 days later. The buyer was dragging their feet in signing some important documents needed so she was right on their agent to get things promptly done to close escrow. I am 69 years old, and this is not my first house I have sold. That being said if you want a realtor that is very efficient and, on the ball, she's your lady.
My friend referred Cristina to me. I had a wonderful experience working with Cristina. I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge on housing market and trend nationally and I was particularly struck by her keen insights into the local markets. Her years of experience gave me great confidence in my entire search. Cristina is a very effective and thoughtful communicator. She's very prompt, accommodating and flexible in scheduling and is very patient and responsive to all of our questions. She's always positive, optimistic and encouraging when things looked less promising at times in the current persistent low-inventory market. Cristina was brilliant and her strategy worked the magic for us. We're very lucky to have her as our agent. A thousand thanks to Cristina!!!
It was such a pleasure. Working with you, you are always up front and so kind. Always a phone call away for questions..I would recommend you to family and friends
This is the 4th time I have used Cristina as my realtor. I have used her for both selling and buying a home. I am once again blown away by her professionalism and talent. This last time when I asked her to be the realtor to sell my home she agreed to do so even tho my home was not in her area that she works. She always has beautiful professional pictures of the home taken, which I know helps so much with the final sale price of the home. It was a privilege to work with Cristina again.
Cristina handled all the repairs, painting and carpeting needed. Cristina did a great job helping us sell our older unique home. We had already moved to Washington and Cristina handled all the repairs, painting and carpeting needed which took a huge load off my hands. Our home sold in less than a week at a higher price than we listed it for. Cristina understands the local market and helped us price it appropriately.
Cristina and her team were an absolute joy to work with, I am so happy I chose her to sell my home. I will continue to go back to Cristina in the future and I highly recommend her!
We were very fortunate to find Cristina, she helped stage the home, she took an amazing video and marketed the property on a wide range of media!! She was very patient with some of the obstacles that came up, she was a great communicator and always had our best interest at heart. I would definitely have her represent us in the future. You’re in good hands with Cristina👍
Cristina is fabulous. By following her expert advice, we sold our home in less time and for more money than we anticipated. We gladly have recommended Cristina to others already. She is persistent, ethical and with her expertise, an excellent negotiator. It was a delight to work with Cristina; she is a gem.
