Cristina did a great job helping us sell our older unique home. We had already moved to Washington and Cristina handled all the repairs, painting and carpeting needed which took a huge load off my hands. Our home sold in less than a week at a higher price than we listed it for. Cristina understands the local market and helped us price it appropriately.
