About Cristi

A Passion for People, a Career in Real Estate Originally from Morgantown, WV, I made the move to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1986 with my family — and I’ve called this vibrant coastal community home ever since. Over the years, my family and I have successfully owned and operated several restaurants and bar & grills throughout the area, many of which continue to thrive today. Growing up in the heart of the service industry, I developed a deep-rooted passion for connecting with people and building lasting relationships. I’m also a proud mom of 4 amazing children: a nurse with a master’s degree, an aerospace technician, a recent high school graduate and a wonderful step son who is in middle school. Watching their journeys unfold has been one of my greatest joys. My path into real estate began during a brief stay in Greenville, NC, where I discovered a true passion for the field. That spark has led me over the past 8 years to pursue my SC license and I have proudly transitioned into a full-time Real Estate Agent — combining my years of industry knowledge, service experience, and community insight. After more than 40 years in Myrtle Beach, I’ve seen this city grow, evolve, and flourish.
