Selling my home was not something I was looking forward to however, when I met Cristen to show her my home the anxiety dissipated. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process from providing comps for pricing, staging feedback, presenting the home online with unbelievable photography and virtual tour. Cristen was not about cutting price for a quick sale, nor over pricing for a big commission which often lends to a long drawn out listing period, instead she priced over the comps for she felt it was worth the price, she presented the house as it showed best and was always accommodating to us. The house was on the MLS for less than 24 hrs. we had 2 offers within 2 days later at asking price. That's not to say the process from that point was without stress but Cristen was always right on any situation or need that presented itself while waiting for the buyer to fulfill all obligations on their part. In closing if I had five homes to sell Cristen is the only realtor I would call to represent my property. Professional, honest, caring, attentive and willing to make the entire process as stress free as possible for the seller. Can't say enough about her!

Cristen was very helpful in purchasing our new home. We lived a few hours away so she came to check out things for us so we didn't have to make the drive. Cristen is great!
